The indoor pool was fantastic and a great place to relax after a long day. The noise from neighboring rooms was quite disturbing and not ideal for a good night's sleep.

While the bed was comfortable and I appreciated the waived parking fee due to my husband's employment, the overall stay was disappointing. Room conditions were poor, and amenities fell short, especially regarding the pool access and family activities. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this hotel for a family getaway.

The casino offered unique games and a lively atmosphere. Disappointingly, the housekeeping didn’t meet expectations, and my room wasn’t very clean.

The room was spacious and well-laid out. The bed was comfortable, providing a restful sleep throughout our stay. The temperature control system was efficient, quickly adjusting to our preferences. the linens were stained, which detracted from the overall cleanliness. The amenities were impressive, featuring numerous USB and standard outlets, making device charging simple. While the bathroom could have been cleaner, the shower had excellent pressure. Noise levels were generally low, allowing for a peaceful atmosphere despite the bustling resort. Some features, like the pool area, charged extra, which felt unexpected given the room price.

During my weekend stay, I was thrilled to find everything from the Atlantic City Boardwalk, just under 3.5 km away, to superb restaurants like Martorano's and Oshi Sushi just a short stroll from my room, making it an ideal base for city exploration. The comfortable beds and well-kept property added to the overall enjoyment, giving me a peaceful space to relax in after lively outings. However, I did notice some minor issues like the additional charges for pool access, which could be improved.

My room was spacious and beautifully remodeled! The sunset views from the 16th floor were absolutely stunning. James at the front desk welcomed us like family, making our first stay feel special!
Totally recommend! 💖✨

The staff was friendly and helpful. I loved how close it was to the beach and downtown.
It wasn't cheap, but still reasonable for the amenities.

The hotel's location was convenient, just a short drive from the bustling strip and a 30, minute walk to the boardwalk. I appreciated the 24, hour food options available, ideal for late, night cravings after a long day of work.
Initially, our room wasn't clean, with issues ranging from chewed bubble gum on the sheets to mold in the bathroom sink. The subpar cleanliness extended to the floor, with debris lingering throughout our stay.

The pool party was a blast, and the friendly staff made it even more enjoyable—shout out to Carlos G. for exceptional service! The room was comfortable, with a stunning view and great housekeeping, even amidst staffing challenges. the hotel lacked a sit-down breakfast option, and several venues opened late. I faced issues with parking fees that were miscommunicated, and some confusion during check-in added to the frustration. Despite the chaos, the atmosphere was lively and welcoming, but improvements are needed for a seamless guest experience.

Variety in dining options is commendable. many restaurants, like Bobby's Burgers, left much to be desired. Paying $40 for two subpar burgers? Bartenders lacked warmth—almost rude. Entertainment didn't resonate with me, but options were available. The pool experience was disappointing. Additional fees for access and neglected cleanliness were unexpected. Room quality was underwhelming: dusty shelves, broken fixtures, and dubious hygiene practices at some establishments. Misleading pricing and unhelpful staff compounded frustrations. Still, the McCormick restaurant stood out, boasting delicious food and a welcoming atmosphere. This stay was more frustrating than relaxing, with a constant feeling of being nickel-and-dimed. Communication needs major improvements; clarity is paramount in hospitality.

The view from the room is absolutely stunning. The cafe downstairs serves excellent breakfast sandwiches and their cinnamon rolls are to die for.
Pool hours are limited and not convenient for families.

Great location and friendly staff, but Wi-Fi was spotty in the Waterfront tower.

I had such a frustrating experience with the room setup. We booked a suite for four, but were only offered one rollaway bed. Waiting hours for extra linens was a nightmare, and then the pool cost extra—what a letdown!

The room we stayed in the Marina Tower was okay, but not great. The carpet definitely needed a good cleaning. One big issue we faced was with the parking garage across the street - it was a nightmare! When trying to exit, my room key wouldn't open the gate and none of my credit cards worked either. We were stuck there with cars lining up behind us, and it took forever for someone else to help us out. It was really frustrating and definitely needs to be fixed. On the bright side, we were lucky to be in the Bayview Tower where the room was beautifully remodeled, clean, and the beds were super comfortable. The view of the bay was a major plus, and the bathroom was spacious and spotless. The air conditioning was just right, and overall, we were very happy with our room in that tower. the experience was not without its hiccups. We had to pay extra for everything, even to use the swimming pool, which added up quickly. It was also a hassle to get our room cleaned, and the check-in and check-out times were not very convenient for us. The staff at the front desk didn't seem very pleasant, and it felt like we were being treated differently - perhaps due to our race, which was disappointing. Despite these issues, the room itself was nice and had all the essentials we needed like ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. the room did have a musty smell, and some areas were not as clean as we would have liked. In summary, our stay at Harrah's had its ups and downs.

Our family had a fantastic time at the massive casino with over 2800 slot machines and thrilling table games, creating an electrifying atmosphere. The tropical pool by day turned into a lively nightclub at night, offering a unique experience for both adults and families.
My wife says that having a dedicated kids' club would enhance the family experience.

the room was spacious - clean, and had a nice ocean view. the bed is comfy. the gelato place and starbucks were great! and they gave complimentary parking. also, they have a spot for pets - which we saw. it's close to the boardwalk for a day or two.
Can't recommend highly enough.

Beds? Super comfy! Pool & hot tub? Lush! Free parking & spacious room? Check! The spa? Pure bliss. Weekend vibe was chill, and poker tables were a good time. Location? Bit further than expected from the action, but workable. Food selection? Varied, bars were cool.
Some signs of wear & a messy burger spot. Tap water surprise?

The restaurants were a foodie's dream, and the chic pool was perfect for daytime relaxation and nighttime parties. Bluepoint's seafood was top-notch. The culinary toy store was a nice touch.
Who doesn't enjoy waking up to loud construction noises after a night of gambling? .

The massive casino had more slots than I've ever seen! Plus, the Poker Room where they host the World Series of Poker was insane. The indoor pool during the day turned into a legit nightclub at night. And dude, they had a sauna, hot tub, and golf course on site - mad bonus points for that!
If there was one thing that would have taken this place to the next level for us party animals, it would have been having a 24/7 party zone with live DJs pumping out tunes all night long. Bring on the constant party vibes!

Great restaurant selection, clean rooms, comfortable beds, and friendly staff. Adult pool doubles as a nightclub at night.
Felt lucky, no complaints.

Our two-night stay at this Atlantic City resort was an absolute blast! As a family with two small kids, we had everything we needed right at our fingertips. The free Wi-Fi in our rooms allowed us to stay connected, and the 24-hour reception ensured there was always someone available to assist us. The outdoor and indoor heated swimming pools kept the kids entertained for hours, while the game room provided endless fun. We enjoyed relaxing on the sun loungers and beach umbrellas, and the fitness center was perfect for staying active. The shuttle service made it easy for us to explore the area, and we loved soaking in the jacuzzi and indulging in a massage at the spa. The location near the coastal tower and the close proximity to the beach were definite highlights.
The slightly expensive beer at the bar, but that didn't put a damper on our overall experience.

My stay at Harrah's was a wonderful weekend getaway with my sister. We enjoyed excellent food and service at the steak and seafood restaurant. The room was comfortable, and we had a great time overall. Although there were some minor hiccups, I'll recommend this hotel.
